We begin our cakes with the finest ingredient fresh North Carolina Apples and he secret recipe takes over from there. Then our cakes are cooled and carefully placed onto dry waxed paper. After that they are transferred to a homemade tray for ease of slicing. Ready now to be double wrapped with commercial food service film.

Then tagged with ingredient labels and optional gift tag if required. You may send your own and we will add to wrapped cake.

Then our cakes are again wrapped in heavy duty tin foil for better traveling. Some fresh crisp tissue paper wrapped inside and out with bubble wrap then packed tightly inside USPS flat rate boxes.
